4. School History
He has no regular school history. He was left out of the school system and education until he was twenty-six years old. Five years ago he started to study, including learning how to read and write in the education program for adults with cerebral palsy at the Cerebral Palsy Welfare Center. As a result, he can do the four arithmetical operations.

5. Social Security
He is beneficiary of SSI. He is applying for the permanent rent housing for people with disability, which is offered by the federal government. He knows how to use effectively his benefits, such as using a pass for public transportation.

6. Family Structure
1) Members: mother / first older sister / second older Sister / client / younger sister
2) Economic Status: middle class. The main financial resource is from the mother.
3) Strength
The third sister is very concerned with the client`s rehabilitation. She would be quite willing to do anything for her brother. She has already done volunteer activities for people with cerebral palsy.
