On this page, you can check the major history of Hyundai motor. It will be helping to know how this company has grown up as one of the major companies in the automobile industry.
As you can see from this table, the company’s annual revenue has been increased except 2009, it was because of world financial crisis not because of Hyundai motor’s strategic problem.

For the most, this structure could be the constraints on future growth. In 2008, because of the financial crisis, the big 3 motor companies lose their market share in overseas markets. Short period later, Toyota re-call incident occurred. There were vacancy to enter to overseas motor market and Hyundai decided to enter there and reorganized the structure for globalization.
