본 연구는 학교교육의 블랜디드 러닝을 활용해 개인과 그룹원간의 협력적 지식창출이 일어나는 일련의 과정에 대한 절차적 모형을 개발을 통해 블랜디드 러닝 활용 협력학습에서학습자들의 협력적 지식창출을 촉진하는 교수설계에의 시사점을 도출하데 그 목적이 있다.이를 위해, 개발연구 절차에 따라 관련 선행연구를 토대로 모형을 설계·구안 절차를 상세화하여 이론적 모형을 구안하였다. 또한 개발절차의 일환으로서 이론과 현실의 간극을 줄이기 위해 사례연구를 수행하고 모형 타당화 과정을 거쳐 최종적으로 학교교육의 블랜디드러닝을 활용한 협력적 지식창출 절차적 모형을 도출하였다. 사례연구 대상은 블랜디드 러닝수업을 수행하는 서울 P초등학교 4학년 한 학급의 사회와 과학수업, 5～6명으로 구성된 5개의 모둠조 그룹을 대상으로 2010년 9월부터 10월초까지 참여 관찰, 심층인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료들은 심층적 기술, 질적 연구의 코딩, 사례 추출방법으로 분석하여 이론적 모형을 보완하였다. 연구결과, 협력적 지식창출은 선행연구에서 제시하고 있듯이 개인과 그룹의 협력적 지식창출 활동이 상호 연계되어 순환하는 일련의 과정속에서 구성원 각 개인들의 이해과정과 활동은 암묵지가 명시지로 표출되어 그룹의 이해와 지식으로확산, 생성, 전이, 소멸되는 과정을 촉진하는 기반이 되었다. 이는 개인과 구성원간의 지식창출이 별개(別個)의 과정이 아니라 상호 기폭제가 되면서 개인의 지식구성이 구성원 전체에 다시 개인의 지식구성에 상호 영향을 미치는 선순환적 과정임을 이론과 그 간극을 줄여가는 사례분석 과정을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 절차적 모형은 협력적 지식창출촉진을 위한 구성주의적 교수설계와 전략에의 시사점은 물론 지식창출 과정, 협력적 지식창출, 학교교육의 블랜디드러닝 측면에서 모형의 함의와 시사점을 제시할 수 있다.

영어 초록

The aim of this study is to develop a procedural model for a series of process in which cooperativeknowledge creation arises between an individual and group members in blended learning, and through themodel to draw the teaching design or implications for the teaching strategy for the blended learning class ofschool education. Accordingly, this study drew the essential factors of on․off-line collaborative knowledgeconstruction & blended learning in K-12 through literature analysis. On the basis of it, this study came upwith a theoretical model and complemented the model by elaborating the model through the results of thecase study applying the model to actual site of school and examining its validity. In addition, This studyadopted social and science class, and looked at the situation through 3 class sessions on social studies class and4 class sessions on science studies class from September until October in 2010. Looking at how thecollaborative knowledge construction in blended learning by group was going by dividing the whole class into5 groups of 5 to 6 students respectively. This study collected the data on learning procedures throughobservation, in-depth interviews, and the collected data were analyzed by coding and case extraction, etc.Through the result of case study, this study elaborated by drawing the supplement point of the theoreticalmodel; in addition, through the validity analysis of the model by an expert group, this study finally developedthe collaborative knowledge construction procedural model in blended learning. This study results can be brieflysummarized according to research matters as follows. First, this study will be helpful to drawing a focus anddirection about how to make an approach to promoting collaborative knowledge construction in blendedlearning. Second, this study will be a substantial example of the collaborative knowledge construction betweenlearners in such blended learning. Third, this study has significance in that it concretely suggested the wayhow learners have to carry out learning activity blended Learning and how knowledge can be created throughcooperative learning together in blended model which can be easily integrated into school education. Inaddition, this model will cast implications on teachers' k-12 blended learning based instructional design orestablishment of its promotive strategy.
