The purpose of the study is to examine the phenomena of the cultural deficiency of the children rural places and to. seize the actual conditions so that I may get an effective teaching method. To accomplish the aim I selected the ten islands and ninety-one school boys as samples, and made the investigation through inter views, observations, case studies and experimenalt ceurses.
The following are the results gotten through my investigation.
1. On the actual condition of intolligence
a) The rural children lagged far behind other in I. Q; 12. 1 percent school boys were less than eighty(I.Q). It means they are the children of the cultural deficiency.
b) They were deficient in intellectual skill; 7. 7 percent school boys in reading, 7. 7 percent in writing and 26. 3 percent at figure were the children deficient in culture.
c) They also lagged for behind in learning 20. 8 percent school boys in the Korean language. 28. 5 percent in mathematics were dull of learning.
2. On the actual condition of emotion
a) The rural children were in want of sociality because they had never the training in group life and circumstances social and cultural; there were children form 7.7 percent to 15.4 percent in this condition.
b) The children had negative self-concent, 12. 1 percent children had sharp senses of resposibility for crimes, and 20. 8 percents are of raid of touch with others.
c) The children from 25.2 percent to 38.4 percent are sluggish in motives to attain their purposes.
