1. Introduction – 3 minutes
 Teacher greets students.
 Tell students that teacher will introduce one conversation, and then ask them what the topic is like “listen carefully and guess what they are talking about.”
 Read the conversation with one student to the class or teacher alone.
 Ask them the question; “what is the topic?” and listen the answers from students.
 Show the OHPsheet1 to students and underling the sentence “what you’re going to?”
 Ask them look and find the similar forms in the conversation. Five more in the dialogue
 Ask again “what parts of these are similar?” or “what’s the same about all of this?” Correct answers
 Tell them “these begin with WH questions.”, and write down “Wh- question”, “+ Subject” ,and “+ Object” in order on the board with having them guessing like “what comes next? Right subject.”, Tell them or write down on the board the topic; “Noun clauses beginning with questions word”
2. Present the pattern – 8 minutes
 Put up the OHPsheet2 with covering all sentences.
