1.The purpose of experiment
The purpose of experiment is to learn about the method of bacteria DNA Extraction. Using the Alkaline lysis, extract the DNA.
2.Theory
1) Plasmid DNA
The Plasmid is the typical molecule of the episome DNA that is separated physically from the DNA that is necessary for the living. The bacteria have the genetic material that clones themselves other than the chromosome. This is the plasmid. The average size is 1-200kb.
