본문내용
The Introduction about the Smart ThermostatDifferent from the traditional programmable thermostat, which required users to adjust the temperature and shift the mode manually, a smart thermostat is a device equipped with sensors and the internet connections that control a home’s HVAC system (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning unit) in an automatic way. Smart thermostat could help users remotely control temperature using smartphones, and importantly, it could be supported by IoT analytics that dynamically integrates and analyzes data collected from sensors, panels and users to achieve further functional objectives to satisfy users.
The Objectives of the IoT Solution
By leveraging IoT analytics on the top of smart thermostat, efficiency in terms of energy could be achieved. For example, through collecting data from sensors, users and panels, professionals could apply data analytics to identify the most efficient routine to set up a given home’s temperature to minimize energy waste.
