With the prolonged aftermath of Covid-19 all over the world, people have come to realize the need to strengthen their body's immunity. Accordingly, those who did not work out start light exercise and those who cannot use public facilities such as fitness centers due to the risk of infection are maintaining their health through home training. Some imply that just exercising alone at home referring to YouTube videos will be a great help to their workout. This can help maintain their health, but I suggest it is much more efficient to exercise with others.
