Today, we live in a society of extreme change with a number of information. Naturally, how to utilize this vast amount of information is a very important factor. It is also very important for businesses. How to organize and analyze a large amount of information to identify the proper information is an essential element for corporates. This is because they need for a variety of individual information about the markets, industries, and products they sell. But there are different analytical frameworks. Therefore, in this paper, we will analyze this enterprise, Decathlon, using PESTEL techniques for analyzing Decathlon's macro environment and the Porter's five force models showing how attractive and profitable their market is. Finally, based on these analyses, this paper will predict the future of this company.참고 자료
