Usual and occupational personality My usual personality can be summarized into an adjective “interactive”. I pursue harmonious relationships among people around me and tend to be closer to ‘extroversion’ than ‘introversion’ in the spectrum. Therefore, such usual personality will be reflected in my occupational personality in relationships with fellow teachers, students, and their parents. Another trait for my usual personality is that I am usually open, emotional, and humorous as opposed to being reserved, rational, and serious. For my occupational personality, I can stay open but know how to balance on the emotional-rational spectrum and humorous-serious spectrum depending on the situation.
