Since after I aware of the IBM, there is growing well in term of the planning, organizing, leading, and controlling most are well organize and have been successful as well as the salary is acceptable for employees.
JiSeon Shin : For the great majority of people, financial considerations are the most important. It is undeniable that money equals success. If you stop to consider the benefits of money, you will realize how necessary they are. Regarding the salaries, I think that is important to me. ,
