한국어 초록

특수교육 대상자인 건강장애학생에게 이루어지는 온라인 교육에서 이를 담당하는 화상강의
교사들은 일반수업 교사들과는 다른 전문성을 요구 받는다. 따라서 화상강의교사에게 요구되
는 전문성을 기르기 위해 최근 교사교육의 한 방법으로 활용되고 있는 학습공동체를 구성하
여 운영하였다. 학습공동체라는 매개체가 참여자들에 대해 화상강의 교사가 가져야 하는 전
문성과 교사효능감에 어떠한 변화를 가지고 오며, 그 변화를 일으키는 구체적인 요인을 찾아
보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 건강장애학생을 담당하는 화상강의 교사 대상으로 학습공동체를
구성하였고 이들이 온라인 교육 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 인성교육과정을 개발하는 과정을
근거이론을 적용하여 사례 분석 하였다. 그 결과 참여교사들은 화상강의 교사로서 갖추어야
할 전문성 영역인 기술, 지식, 태도 부분에 역량이 강화되었다. 이는 건강장애 학생들을 위한
맞춤형 인성교육과정을 학습공동체를 통한 온라인 시스템 내 재구성 과정에 참여하면서 나타
난 현상이다. 참여 교사들은 각자 그들이 가지고 있었던 암묵지 지식과 정보를 학습공동체
활동을 통해 공유하였고 토론과 수업 개선 전략을 사용하여 특수한 교육 환경 내 실천을 이
끌어 내었다. 교수활동에 대한 성찰일지를 작성하여 학습공동체 구성원 상호간에 공개하여
토론하면서 화상강의교사로의 역할에 대해 통찰의 장을 가지게 되었고 이는 교사효능감을 강
화시키는 요소가 되었다. 하나의 사례연구가 일반화 될 수는 없지만 건강장애 학생들을 위한
화상강의교사의 학습공동체 활동이 제도, 재정 등의 지원 속에 공식적인 체제로 움직인다면
건강장애 학생들을 위한 교육의 질 제고에 큰 역할을 할 것이라고 사료된다.

영어 초록

The study was conducted under the assumption that teacher learning community is
effective in changing teacher-efficacy and professionalism. Online education teachers are
required to possess different professionalism from other general teachers as the online
classes are taken by students with health impairment, the special education recipients.
Therefore, the teacher learning community was used in order to improve the professionalism
required for online teachers. The objectives of the study were to seek changes in teacherefficacy
and professionalism of the participants brought by the medium of learning
community, and also to seek specific factor that brings such changes. In order to achieve the
goal, teacher learning community was grouped with online teachers who teach students with
health impairment and, with the application of grounded theory, a case analysis was
conducted on the process of character education development that can be applied on online
education system. As a result of the analysis, the participants were revealed to have
improved their ability in skills, knowledge and attitude which are important parts of
professionalism required by online teachers. It was developed by participating in the
reconstruction process of online system through the customized character education for
students with health impairment. Each participant shared their personal tacit knowledge and
information through learning community activities and with the help of discussion activities,
they started to practice the strategies of class improvement in their educational environment.
The participants also had an opportunity to have time for discernment on the role of online
teacher by writing reflection journals on their teaching, disclosing and discussing them with
the members of the learning community. With these activities, teacher-efficacy of participants
were also enhanced. Thus, if the learning community activity conducted with online teachers
starting from single case study proceeds systematically with policy and financial supports, it
is highly considered that the activity will play an important role in enhancing the quality of
education for students with health impairment.
