본 연구는 중도입국청소년에게 콜라주 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시함으로서 자아탄력성을 향상시켜 성공적으로 한국사회에 통합하여 조화롭고 균형 있는 삶을 살 수 있도록 돕
는데 그 목적이 있다. 경기도 P시의 P대학교에 있는 다문화가족센터에서 운영하는 디딤돌
스쿨에 재학 중인 14세에서 19세 사이의 중도입국청소년 7명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 주
2회 90분씩 콜라주 집단미술치료 프로그램을 10회기를 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 알아
보기 위하여 자아탄력성 검사를 사전 사후를 실시하여 SPSS/WIN 20.0을 활용하여 통계분
석을 실시하였으며 그 결과를 중심으로 한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 콜라주 집단미술치료
프로그램은 중도입국청소년의 자아탄력성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 콜라주 집단미
술치료 프로그램은 중도입국청소년의 자아탄력성 하위요인의 개인내적요인 중 자기효능감,
문제해결력, 공감과 수용, 낙관주의에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 콜
라주 집단미술치료 프로그램은 중도입국청소년의 한국사회 초기적응을 위한 효과적인 접근
방법임을 확인할 수 있었고 중도입국청소년을 위한 심리치료 개입방향성의 새로운 가능성
을 열어주었다고 볼 수 있다.
영어 초록
This study was to examine the effect of collage group art therapy program onego-resilience of young immigrants and to improve their ego-resilience. The
therapy is to help them integrate into Korean society and lead harmonious and
balanced lives. The subjects of this study were 7 young immigrants aged from
14 to 19, who were attending Didimdol School run by Multi-cultural Family
Center of P University in Gyeonggi-do. The collage group art program provided
10 sessions for 2 weeks with each session lasting 90 minutes. To examine the
effect of the program, qualitative analysis was performed by giving the pre and
post-therapy ego-resilience test. Wilcoxon signed rank test, a nonparametric test,
was conducted with statistical analysis by using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program to
validate the changes of mean value and standard deviation of test scores. The
results of this study were as follows: First, collage group art therapy program
had a positive effect on ego-resilience of the subjects. Second, collage group art
therapy program had a positive impact on self-efficacy, problem-resolving ability,
empathy, acceptance, and optimism. It can be seen in individual internal factors,
sub-factors associated with ego-resilience of the subjects. This result may
indicate that collage group art therapy improved the young immigrants
adaptation to reality, and was effective in improving their ego-resilience.
Therefore, collage group art therapy program was found to be an effective
approach to initial adaptation of young immigrants to Korean society and opened
new opportunity for psychological healing.
