본 연구의 목적은 집단 음악치료가 인터넷 중독 청소년의 정서 표현 및 사회성 기술 향상
에 영향을 미치는가를 알아보고자 함에 있다.
본 연구는 정서표현과 사회성 기술에 관하여 다음과 같이 연구 가설을 설정 하였다.
가설 1. 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 정서표현이 유의하게
향상 될 것이다.
1-1 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 감정인식이 유의하게
향상될 것이다.
1-2 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 감정이입이 유의하게
향상될 것이다.
1-3 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 감정조절이 유의하게
향상될 것이다
가설 2. 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 사회성 기술이 유의하게
향상될 것이다.
2-1 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 내외통제성이 유의하게
향상될 것이다.
2-2 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 자기통제 감이 유의하게
향상될 것이다.
2-3 집단 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하기 전 보다 참여한 후 사회적 바람직성이 유의
하게 향상될 것이다.
연구자는 본 연구를 위해 청주시 소재 청소년 OOOOO에서 중학생으로 같은 또래의 집단
으로 대상자를 모집하였다. 대상자들은 인터넷 및 스마트폰 등 게임 등에 중독으로 일상생활
의 어려움 및 부모의 요청과 상담이 필요로 하는 남자 20명으로 정동둔마, 정서표현, 사회성
기술 등에 문제가 있는 대상을 선발 하였다.
그리고 대상자들은 사전 척도검사, 인터뷰를 통해 관찰한 결과 정서 표현 및 사회성 기술
요인들의 점수가 낮게 보이는 사람들이다.
대상자들의 음악적 반응의 내용을 매 회기마다 관찰 분석하였다. 또 세션 중 동영상 촬영
후 판독하여 대상자들이 집단 음악치료를 통해 경험한 자신 및 타인과의 정서에 있어서 의미
있는 변화에 대해 알아보았다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 정서 표현 향상을 위한 집단음악치료 프로그램은 사전, 사후에 측정한 대상자들의 정
서표현과 관련된 부정적 표현에서 긍정적 표현으로 변화 된 것을 보였다.
둘째, 사회성 기술 향상을 위한 집단음악치료 프로그램에 대한 음악적 반응을 분석한 결과
대상자들은 사회성 기술과 관련된 음악적 반응에서 긍정적인 변화 가 있었다.
또한 프로그램 종결 후 실시한 사후 인터뷰 결과 대상자들은 자신 및 타인에게 정서와 관
련된 긍정적인 반응이 있었음을 말하였다.
이상의 연구결과들은 정서표현과 사회성 기술 증진을 위해 실시한 ‘집단 음악치료’ 프로그
램이 인터넷 중독 청소년의 정서표현과 사회성 기술을 증진시키는데 효과적이라는 것을 증명
해 준다.
따라서 본 연구는 집단 음악치료 프로그램이 인터넷 중독 청소년의 낮은 정서표현과 사회
성 기술의 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 치료적 도구가 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

영어 초록

The objective of this study group music therapy as a emotional expression of the
Internet addiction of youth and social skill’s provide a way to have that affect.
This study follows the emotional expression and social skills in relation to the
research hypothesis.
Hypothesis 1. Group music therapy program participants than before to participate in,
and then it will be better to note that emotional expression.
1-1 Group music therapy program after appraisal than before to participate in
awareness will be improved to make sense.
1-2 Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in
empathy will be improved to make sense out of this.
1-3 Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in the
appraisal will be improved to make sense to adjust
Hypothesis 2. Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in
social skill’s will be improved to make sense.
2-1 Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in the
Lords will be improved to make sense out of control sex.
2-2 Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in the
sense of self control will be improved to make sense.
2-3 Group music therapy program after joining than before to participate in
socially desirable sex will be improved to make sense.
Researchers in this study with junior high youth welfare agency-material for the same
age groups for recruitment. Target those who are addicted to the Internet and
Smartphones, such as the difficulty of the game, etc., everyday life and parental
requests and counseling needs of men as Dong put 20 people, emotions, social skills,
etc., there is a problem with the destination details.
And target those who advance the yardstick as a result of observing emotions
through interviews with attorneys, representation and social skills factors a score of low
visible people.
For every every session the contents of their musical reactions observed and
analyzed. After shooting videos of readings by another session for experienced through
their group music therapy for themselves and other people's emotions, so we have about meaningful change.
The results of this study are as follows.
First of all, the emotional expressed for improving group music therapy program is a
measure for the dictionary, after their emotional expression and a positive
representation of a negative representation associated with seemed to have changed.
Secondly, social skills for enhancing the group music therapy programs for people as
a result of the social and musical response analysis technology, there was a positive
change in the musical response.
The results of post-mortem interviews conducted after the program concluded people
themselves and that there was a positive reaction to the emotions and related to
others.
Research results are promote emotional expression and social skill’s was carried out
' collective music therapy for Internet addiction of youth emotional expression and the '
program social skill’s promoting effective prove that.
Therefore, this study group music therapy program, Internet addiction and low
sentiment of youth representation and to promote the positive social skills can affect
the therapeutic tool can be.
