한국어 초록

한옥건축의 산업화를 위한 방식 중의 한 가지는 한옥 부재별 표준화 및 첨단 IT 기술 접목을 적극적으로 도입함으로써 산업화의 기본적인 틀을 마련할 수 있다. 이를 위해서 먼저, 현재 실무에서 보편적으로 사용하고 있는 전산 제도 방식인 CADD(Computer Aied Design Drafting) 시스템에서 가상건축(Virtual Architecture) 개념을 반영한 건축정보모델링(BIM; Building Information Modeling) 시스템 방식으로 패러다임의 변화가 절실한 상황이다. 두번째로는 현재 한옥설계를 진행하기 위한 CAD 시스템 관련 미들웨어 개발 및 지원은 매우 미비한 상황이다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 한옥 건축의 산업화를 위한 건축정보모델링(BIM) 체계를 정립하고 현대 한옥 부재 라이브러리 구축 및 가구구조 모델러를 개발하여 건축정보모델링 체계를 적용한 현대 한옥건축 모델링 적용사례를 제시하는 것으로 한다.본 연구는 매우 시연성이 있는 연구로 여겨지며 앞으로 한옥건축의 산업화에 중요한 자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영어 초록

In the construction field, there has been a recent and unprecedented increase in the research and development of modernized Korean traditional buildings, This is because, in today’s modern society, the basic needs for survival have already been met and more people are now recognizing the importance of the identity of our unique culture. It is therefore timeousto consider not just how to preserve and use Korean traditional buildings, but also how to develop them into more industrialized and modernized buildings in a practical way. Recently, the direction has been focused on the industrialization of modernized Korean traditional buildings, including their evolution, and development, as well as on the numerouscases where construction has been delayed. In order to industrialize modernized Korean traditional buildings , we need to standardize their form and actively introduce current IT (Information Technology). In order to achieve this, it is absolutely necessary to change from the CADD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) system to the BIM (Building InformationModeling) system, which reflects the concept of Virtual Architecture. Therefore, the aim of this study is to discuss the possibilities of using BIM system for industrialization of modernized Korean traditional buildings, extend the foundation of the form library, and develop an intelligent modeler. It is also necessary to exemplify a case model for modernized Korean traditional buildings to which BIM is applied.
