1. How much is the conduction loss (DC loss) of the MOSFET?
(Hint. RON contributes to the conduction loss of MOSFET. You can calculate the PLOSS by the average value of the voltage across the drain-to-source × the current flow.)
: DC loss of the MOSFET= (Vin-Vsw)*Id(M1) * 0.5 = 725mW*0.5= 362.5mW
