본문내용
I have the habit of putting off things from day to day.
It is a very hard habit to shake off, justifying the proverb ‘habit is second nature’.
I have been placed in painful positions on account of procrastination.
It is necessary to carefully examine the root cause in order to break this habit.
The following is what I put of:
Firstly, I put off my necessary daily studies.
I usually construct a monthly plan and I make up a detailed list for every day. The plan always includes time to study.
However, I don’t study every day. And I pledge to do it tomorrow.
Secondly, I usually postpone outdoor exercise. I practiced light exercises every morning during the holidays. I’ve been doing yoga and free gymnastics up to the present, but I need to take up outdoor exercises such as a long distance running or rope-skipping. Accordingly, I want to cultivate my patience and build up my physical strength through the exercise.
Thirdly, I continually postpone taking the TOEIC test.
I dally away my opportunity when it is time for the examination. When I take an examination, I always have large expectations about marks so it becomes an intolerable burden. So I have continually postponed taking the examination month after month in the hopes that my English will become more efficient.
Furthermore, I expect to make new attempts in fearlessness. Because I have a notion that doing new endeavors rouse up hardship and trouble. I have to overcome this fear.
