1. Introduction
This project report is about a small business, “Sugar Bubble” in Korea Market. Sugar Bubble has a management philosophy which is “Clean & Safety”. It means that they pursue working for the consumers and environment. The report will tell and represents Sugar Bubble’s marketing strategies and many of information.

1.1 Brief Information of Sugar Bubble
In 1999, the original name of Sugar Bubble is Green Chemical has started a small company and they overcame the Asian financial crisis. After they overcame the money crisis, they kept to invest 3 billion in a year and a half for developing the detergent which was a harmless to human. Finally, they have developed the eco-friendly detergent which was composed by cane sugar and olive oil. They tried to drink and put their detergent in eyes for informing and appearing their detergent is not harmless to human and good washing effect in front of many market buyers. Their efforts connected to contract with other online marketing companies and Sugar Bubble sales suddenly increased in short time.
