In 1958 took the name of ‘Sony’
a leader in various activities as music, electronic, informatic, telephony, game computing and broadcasting
Famous innovations are due to this company : the walkman (1975), the first electronic camera (1986), the blue-ray disc (2006)…
In 2004, Sony’s turnover is estimated at 69 billion euros and its stakehold in the worlwide electronic market is of 14%.
But as long as the 2000s go, Sony encounters some financial difficulties.

Even though it can improve efficiency, it also reduce employee’s creativity. Not only the leader but also employees needs to be creative at doing their work because they strictly cling to their orders and rules.
However, if the leader decides all the work and allocates it to employees, it hinders employee’s creativity.
In a same sense, that strategies also has bad effect on employee’s autonomy. If employees feel less autonomy to perform their duty, it would decrease the job satisfaction.
