Paris Baguette claims its vision as ‘the world-class company’ and ‘the world-best partnership’. Paris Baguette always tries to hold the best partnership with their franchise stores, customers, and its employees. By this, PB wants to jump up to be a leading company in the world. To achieve this vision, PB passionately and creatively helps its franchise stores to increase their sales, gives the best value to customers, and provides the top compensation and opportunity to self-development to its employees.

4 Threats
Notably, there are many bakery brands which entered Korean market. Not only are bakeries a threat to Paris Baguette, but also increasing number of potential substitutes. Dunkin Donuts, Tours les Jours, Rotti Bun, Papa-rotti are some examples.
Raw materials such as flour have seen a gradual rise in price. This required Paris Baguette to increase its product price, which made it less price-competitive compared to its substitutes. The price of raw materials required for making bread, specifically flour, increased from 960 to 1210 KW in 6 months.
