Answer Tip!
Standard Answer 1
All customers expect good service and I always try my best to satisfy their needs, but I remember meeting an exceptionally hard customer once. At that time I was working as a receptionist at a hotel. This customer came up to me and demanded a fifty percent discount because she did not like our services. I asked her what the problem was, but instead of pointing out a specific reason, she complained that the hotel was charging her too much. It was a very awkward moment for me because I wasn’t sure how to respond to such a criticism. In the end, I offered her some genuine apologies for her discomfort, gave her a small gift coupon, and suggested that she visit us again to make sure the service has improved. Even though that was an unpleasant day, I think I learned to deal with difficult customers.
