Even if they don’t need to that much professionally, many Koreans are eager to

write the text like professionally. That actions waste a lot of time. The one thing

that they can never predict is the difficulty of writing without process. If you

follow the process of writing, it becomes more easily. If you write without process,

it become congested information mass. That informations are mixed in one text,

it means readers can’t find what writer intend in text.

Now, I will introduce the process.

There is no order to establish the work. But first thing you have to do is “deciding

a topic, purpose, context and audience”. It called ‘Assessing the writing situation’.

As you know, the writing change depends on their topic, purpose, context, etc…

For example, about audience, If you have intended audience such as English

education professor, you don’t need to explain some expert word like “PLLT”.

Because that audience know that already.
