To make a business, profits should be big while damages are very low. There are many types of businesses these days, and one of them are integrating companies and making businesses with partners. Among them, making businesses with friends is advantageous because it is less responsible and more flexible.

First of all, people who work with partners make many advantages with less responsibility. As there are many proprietors with various shares, workers do not feel responsibility well but gain many profits. For instance, Mr.A was a successful president of a food court with partner works. After he had retirement, he had decided to make his own business, but he had not enough money and experiences. However, his friend Mr.B, had enough money with ample experiences. They started to make their businesses, and they were very successful. They had shared income fairly, and they invested to finance of their companies fairly either.
