Ⅰ. Objectives
Refrigeration systems are essential in our lives. In order to improve the efficiency and use of the refrigeration system, the purpose of this experiment is to understand the HVAC system and the vapor compression cycle system.
The detailed purpose is as follows.
1. We will understand the difference between the theory and reality of the first-stage compression cycle
2. To Examine the performance of the refrigeration system, the efficiency of the compressor, and the cooling coefficient.
3. To understand how the fan speed affects the performance of the refrigeration system
4. To investigate the things aforementioned 2,3 through the P-h diagram.
5. To understand the characteristics of R-22 used in this experiment and the importance of the refrigerants.
Ⅱ. Theory
