The phenomenon that literacy of korean students are gradually plummeting is a serious problem. Literacy is the ability to read and understand writings. As the age range of using smartphones has decreased, young korean students who are accustomed to provocate and short writings have become inexperienced in literacy. As a result of 'PISA 2018,' which measures students in 79 OECD member countries, average score of Korea in the reading sector fell for 12 consecutive years (Cho et al., 2020).
