여자 45세로, 2021년 3월 29일 오늘 아침 계단에서 미끄러져
left mid-shaft tibia-fibula fracture 때문에 내원하셨습니다.
2. Back ground
OR에서 ORIF 진행하셨고 13:45에 무릎 밑 석고 붕대를 하고 병동으로 들어왔습니다. 현재 Hartmann’s solution을 IV로 시간당 100mL로 주입 중이며 14:15에 PRN으로 처방된 Tramadol 50mg PO로 투여했습니다.
