In modern days, the role of a legislation has become extremely high and it came into our lives very closely. Most of the countries even including developing countries have their own constitutional law. But the law is a rule that people have created. Since human beings are not perfect, law also can not be a perfect rule. Certain laws can be explained in different ways which is not intended by the creator. Also some laws can be unfair to certain parties and some people may abuse the law in order to get their own benefit. To solve this complicated characteristics of law and to provide fair service to the people, the role of the juridical people such as lawyers, judges, attorneys are very important. They need to judge the cases in a justice manner so that basic right of the people is being protected and no one is falsely charged by the law.
Generally, the role of lawyer is to defend on behalf of their client while attorney have to distinguish the undertrial’s crime and the judge have to listen to both lawyer and attorney’s claim to make the final decision.
