We are going to give you a presentation about medical conversation.
The topic is from diagnosis of Tuberculosis to managing treatment.
Let's start with profiles of role players.
Patient Profile :
Ms. Raychel is 24-year-old woman, who has been on dieting since 4 weeks ago.
She felt that coming down with a cold 9days ago, so she has tried to treat herself with over-the-counter medicines such as tylenol and sudafed. but it didn't work so well. She still has cough, night sweats and fever(37.4), mild short of breath and wheezing sound when she breathe.
She has some changes in her appetite, and also loses her weight about 3 Kilograms in these 9days.
Moreover, Because of severe coughing, she has some myalgia in her chest.
but it could be another symptom of respiratory disease not just myalgia.
Doctor Profile :
Mr. Howard has been working in Community health center as a Respiratory Physician. His specialty is tuberculosis treatment.
