Ⅰ. Introduction
Elections are very important for people in democratic countries to elect their own representatives. Voters, therefore, should not give up their rights but choose one of the candidates according to their convictions. Candidates are constantly campaigning to win the hearts of these voters. This is because voters move with the campaign. Thus, campaign ads will have a huge impact on voters ' voting behavior.
But there is clearly a limit to leading campaign ads to their own money, so the candidates either receive political support or a donation from their supporters. Money donated by voters to a supporters ' association, securities and others are called donations. The Political Funds Act for such Subsidies is prescribed, and according to Article 31 of the Political Funds Act, no foreigners, corporations, or organizations are allowed to donate political funds. Both corporations, labor unions and interest groups are prohibited from contributing to political donations.
