It is very important to calculate and consider the amount of energy loss in the flow when engineering and designing fluid systems in engineering. This is closely related to important factors such as system size, lifetime, and efficiency. In this experiment, we will measure the amount of energy loss due to friction between the pipe and the fluid, or by various events in the flow of the fluid caused by distortion of pipes. From these measurements, we compare the value of loss according to the type of pipe. We will then analyze the data using various formulas, charts, and graphs of the fluid analysis associated with fluid energy loss. The tendency of this interpreted data can aid in pipe selection when we design the fluid system. Then we compute the error rate by comparing the experimentally measured values with the theoretical values derived from information such as pipe geometry, and analyze the cause of the error.
