Introduction
At 1st report, I handled this issue and thought a relationship between degree of development and debt: they might be positive relationship. In other words, the more developed countries, the larger debts. It seems true when I collect and analyze the data between them. However, I cannot verify my anticipation empirically because I did not know how to use regression. As I learned how to use the way now, from this report I want to check whether my expectation is correct or not by using simple regression.

Although GDP is positively correlated to Public debts, it does not mean that they are causally connected. They are not in cause result effect. Furthermore, it is not the single factor to decide the size of debts. The relationship only shows the tendency between them. Therefore, there must be critical elements to have an impact on the debts. In addition, the number of sampling is one of the limitations in the test. Because 46 is not such a big number, there might be a chance to get different result. In that case, we cannot ensure the values of Japan are outlier.
