본문내용
These days, one of the key factors in improving the high levels of organizational effectiveness is good communication in companies. Today, effective communication is essential as the foundation of organizations. Some companies switched from top-down management style to bottom-up management and this phenomenon of the bottom-up approach is now increasing. In spite of this fact, it is still debatable whether the bottom-up approach to management has a good impact on them. Nevertheless, many organizations have changed from top-down management to bottom-up style. Why have some companies changed their management style to bottom-up?
This paper will examine the two management approaches and if I can compare the two management approaches, it will provide some recommendation for organizational improvements in terms of communication.
