We desire to become happy people. Instead of looking outside, we have to look into our minds and consider happiness as a goal. Removal of negative thoughts, adoption of positive attitude, appreciation of our lives, commitment to laugh, acquisition of self-esteem, control over our own hearts, ability to cope with issues, time management, love of the present, development of relationship with other people, enjoyment in leisure, and practice of exercise can promote our happiness. Once we commit ourselves to become happy, nothing can stop us. If we all seek happiness, everyone will be able to be happy even without luxuries. If everyone becomes happy people, no one will get angry or cry. There will be no violence but only peace. The world will be filled with laughter. Then, the whole world will become a paradise.
