Introduction
This essay will discuss about the role that how the government manages the short-run instability in Economy caused by unemployment and inflation problems. This essay is divided into two board sections. Section one outlines the Effect of Economic Stabilization program with the relevant theories for the problems we are currently struggling with. Section two shows that how the United Kingdom (UK) manages that the Brexit vote affected to the UK economy referred to as Economic Policies and the Global Environment.

The Effect of Economic Stabilization Program
Inflation and unemployment are the main issues of concern when a country determines the economic policies. Lowering inflation and unemployment at the same time is the best we want, but if this is practically difficult, we should use the next-best alternative. Developed countries with massive unemployment and absolutely low national income tend to use
