본 연구의 목적은 발달지체유아에게 심리운동프로그램을 적용하여 대근육운동발달에 미
치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 어린이집에 재원하고 있는 유
아 1명을 대상으로 심리운동프로그램을 8개월 동안 32회기를 1주일에 1회씩 실시하였다. 측
정도구는 유아의 운동능력을 평가하기 위한 도구인 BOTMP(Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of
Motor Proficiency)의 하위항목 중 대근육 평가부분을 이용하였고, 감각통합의 기능을 측정
하기 위한 평가도구로서 DeGangi-Berk Test of Sensory Integration (TSI) 와 운동능력을
알아보기 위한 MOT 4-6검사를 통하여 사전사후검사를 실시하였다. 자료수집과 자료 분석
을 위해 사진과 동영상을 촬영하여 분석하였으며, 그 결과는 일지에 기록하였다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 심리운동을 실시하기 전과 후를 비교한 결
과, 각 평가의 총점에서 차이를 보여주었으며, 각 평가에서 발달지체유아의 균형 및 양측 협
응, 그리고 운동능력 뿐만 아니라 감각통합능력의 향상을 보였으며, 특히 자세조절 영역과
균형감각 항목에서 발달향상이 두드러지게 관찰되었다. 따라서 심리운동은 대상유아의 대근
육운동 능력향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영어 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological
exercise program on development of gross motor in children with developmental
delay. To accomplish the purpose of the study, the psychomotorik program was
performed for one infant who is educated in the day care center for 32 months
for 8 months once a week. The measurem`ent tool used the gross motor
evaluation part of the sub-item BOTMP(Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor
Proficiency), which is a tool for evaluating the motor skills of the infant, and
DeGangi-Berk Test Of Sensory Integration (TSI) and MOT 4-6 test to assess
The motor skills. Photographs and videos were taken and analyzed for data
collection and data analysis, and the results were recorded in the diary. The
results of this study are as follows. First, the psychomotorik program had a
positive effect on the body balance ability and the two-sided coordination ability
of children with developmental delay. Second, the psychomotorik program had a
positive effect on the sensory integration ability of children with developmental
delay. Third, the psychomotorik program had a positive effect on the development
of mobility of children with developmental delay. As a result of comparing the
results before and after the psychomotorik program, it showed the difference in
the total score of each evaluation. In each evaluation, the balance of the
developmental retarded infants, the coordination of both sides, Improvement in the
area and the sense of balance item was observed to be prominent. Therefore, the
psychomotorik program has a positive effect on the improvement of gross motor
of the target children.
