한국어 초록

본 연구에서는 Damon, Blasi 그리고 덕윤리에서의 도덕적 정체성의 개념을 알아보고 이를 토대로 초등도덕교과 교육에서 도덕적 정체성에 대해 어떠한 접근을 하고 있는지를 탐색하는 것을 목적 으로한다. 이를위해 ‘도덕적 주체로서의나’영역을 중심으로 문서수준에서 2009개정 초등도덕교과 교육과정의 특성과 3,4학년 교과서 수준에서의 학습활동과 발문의 자기반성적 성찰의 양상을 알아보았는데 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2009개정 도덕교육과정의 교육목표와 성격에는 도덕적주체로서 학습자의 도덕적 인격의 형성이 중요함이 명시되어 있으나 도덕교과의 하위 영역중 하나인 초등수준에서의 ‘도덕적 주체로서의 나영역’의 학습내용은 도덕적 정체성 형성과의 직접적인 관련성은미흡한 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 도덕교과서 구성체계에서는 도덕적 지정의에 대한 통합적접근을 도모하고 있지만 이것이 어떻게 도덕적 행위자로서의 학습자의 도덕적 정체성형성과 관련되어 있는지에 대해 명료하게 드러나 있지 않다.셋째, ‘도덕적 주체로서의 나’ 영역에서의 학습활동은 자기반성적 성찰의 측면 중에 자기의 도덕적 상태에 대한 인식과 이상적 자기진술과 관련되어 있으며, 관련 발문은 제시된 도덕적 이상과 가기자신을 대조할 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 하고 있지만 매우 간접적이다. 결론적으로 도덕적 정체성형성과 관련하여 볼 때 2009개정 초등도덕교과교육은 목표수준에서는 유덕한 덕을 가진 사람을 기르기 위해서 도덕적 인격함양이 필요하다는 점을 밝히고 있으나, 도덕적 정체성형성을 위해 도덕교과의 학습내용과 구성체계가 어떻게 관련이 있는지 명료히 드러나 있지 않으며 학습활동과 발문에서는 직접적으로 도덕적 이상과 자신을 대조하여 자기반성적 성찰을 깊이있게 하도록 하는 정교한 학습활동과 발문이 미흡한 것으로 나타났다.|This study highlights the importance of moral identity in the post Kohlberg era and explores the elements related to moral identity in the 3rd and 4th grades moral education curriculum and national textbooks, focusing on the units of the ' I as a Moral Agent' division. The main findings are as follows: First, moral identity is clearly stated as the goal of moral education in the national curriculum document, while the learning contents of the ‘I as a Moral Agent’ division is hardly directly related to moral identity. Second, learning themes and the organization of the 4 units of the 'I as a Moral Agent' division in the 3rd and 4th grade moral education textbooks are not well-related to the formation of moral identity. Third, learning activities and questions in the 4 units of the 'I as a Moral Agent' of 3th and 4th grade moral education textbooks help students reflect on their own moral conditions and define their future moral ideals. However, it seems that the activities and questions in the 4 units do not effectively guide students to contrast their own immature self and their moral ideals and develop towards a mature moral identity.
