The purpose of this research is to systematically analyze the experiencing process of schizophrenia patients during the course of dance and movement therapy program and verify its effect.
The elements of interaction effect were analyzed through in-depth interview and observation with schizophrenia patients and drew the classification meaning through the 1st field classification, 2nd field classification and 3rd field classification in accordance with interaction effect elements. Also, clarified general relation of interaction effect elements. The following conclusions were drawn through the analyzation of itemization of original data, conceptualization of paragraph and classification of unit contents response.
First, 9 out of 21 of 1st field was classified as 2nd field which showed in interaction effective of schizophrenic patients through dance and movement therapy. As result of analyzation, 2nd field showed effects of physical side of patient him/herself, psychological side, social side, establishment of trust with others, feeing of attachment as a group, expression of own emotions, movement side of interaction effect with therapist, emotional side and relation side. Also 2nd field was classified as 3 of 3rd field which were 'effect of patient him/herself', 'interaction effect with individual and others' and 'interaction effect of therapist and patients' .Second, as a effect of patient him/herself through dance and movement therapy program physical side and mental side and social side were presented. For physical side it was concluded as relaxation and consciousness of body and positive body image on positive body configuration of oneself that is formed in one's mind. For the effect of mental side of patient him/herself it was specified to psychological relaxation, naturalness through sympathy and confidence of self expression. and for the effect of social side it was specified as establishment of positive relationship and attempt make new contact to society. Third for the interaction effect of individual and other s through dance and movement therapy it was concluded that the establishment of trust and feeling of attachment to the group and expression of self emotion. For the establishment of trust it was specified to acknowledge others and positive understanding about others during the course of comfortable group movement and mutual support. and for the feeling of attachment to a group it was specified to the acknowledgement of the role structure and joy of being together and understanding 'we' from 'I'
Also for the expression of self emotion it was interpreted to present which is a step to embrace and console each other by confiding one's story to group members and discover one's emotions by re-experiencing suppressed or complex emotions
Fourth, the interaction effect between patient and therapist in dance and movement therapy the movement side, emotional side and relation side were presented. For the movement side, it was specified that due to the establishment of intimacy one makes the creative movement that was never done before and become interested which is inducement of interest and confidence of physical expression. In emotional side it was presented with an experience of catharsis which is the course to recognize, accept and understand psychological stability and self emotion. In relation side it was interpreted to establishment of relationship and sympathetic interaction. Fifth, among the interaction effects of schizophrenics patients through dance and movement therapy, following effects form general relationship through interaction of its own fields the effect on patient him/herself, interaction effect of individual and others, interaction effect between therapist and patient.
To be more specific, individual patient, between individual and others and interaction effect elements between therapist and patient either forms through interaction of effective elements in each of 1st field or by interaction with field other than 1st field. In addition, physical, mental and social effective elements of patient can become a promotional elements for interaction effect between therapist and patient and interaction with others. And the effective elements were formed in the complex field that was constructed with 2 or more elements combined among the effect of individual patient and interaction effect of individual and others and therapist and patient.
