The purpose of this study was to analyzer the influence of motor performance result according to the degree of accomplichsent motivation of elementary school students on the cause and perception factors and providing data to enhance the learning effiriency and maximize the learning motivation.The subjects 126 elemenraty school boys in their 5th grade, are divided into high motivation group and low motivation group depending on the result of accomplishment motivation test. The task of test is forehand stroke of Taeng Taeng Ball Tennis that is the elective course of the 7th elementary school physical educaion curriculum.
Experimentarion was condected after drawing 10 circles at intervals 0f 30 cm from the center of court sideline 10m and endline 7m, marking points from 1 to 10 and equipmont 91.4 cm height of net. Testees hit the ball that a tester dropped at shoulder height at the apposite of sourt, 7m away from the center of target, with forehand stroke aiming at the center of target.
Testees were asked to determine the goal before the performance and also asked to decide the success and failure of the performance comparing the goal with the resulr of performance done 5 times. Cause and perception test according to motor performance was condeucted to understand how testees perceive the cause of success/ failure situation therefore testees were asked to valute the result of object performance by the oneself and answer the cause influences the result to what extent SPSS.PC 10.0 for Windows was adopted for analysis of statistical data and attention significance of group depending on exercise performance result obtained conclusions as follows after performing Unitary dispersion analysis, After the fact, difference verification and t-test.
1. High motivation group perceived the caused as an effort factor when they wucceeded in motor tasks and perceived the cause as the ability and fortune factors when they failed.
2, Low motivation group perceived the cause as an effort tactor when they succeeded in motor tasks and perceived the cause as ability and effort factors when they failed.
3. When the motor performance result was successful, high motivation group more highly perceived the caused as an effort factor than low motivation group.
4. When the motor performance result was unsuccessful, high motivation group more highly perceived the cause as the degree of task difficulty ans fortune than low motivation group.
