3A. Food Safety - How Safe Is Our Food?
○ Usually we can't see, smell, or taste the bacteria that makes us sick.
⇨ 우리는 보통 우리를 아프게 만드는 박테리아를 보거나 냄새 맡거나 맛을 볼 수는 없다.
○ Whether people are getting sicker from food today than they were 50 years ago is a matter of debate.

⇨ 달라진 것은 박테리아들이다.
○ Advances in processing and sanitation in the developed world have diminished some food-borne threats, but new hazards come with changes in lifestyle and food production.
