I can define education as the knowledge or skill obtained or developed by a learning
process. In my opinion, this education has become the main provider of individual opportunityand the element that most ensures success in our society. I think education has replaced money and property as the main providers of opportunities for two reasons.
First, education used to be available only to the wealthy but now is accessible to almost any one.
Second, because of the equal laws, hiring should be on the basis of personal merit not by personal connection traditionally common.
Education probably always played a role in determining one’s opportunities for success. But in the past, good education was available mainly to the privileged classes.
