The well-being is pursuing both physical health and spirit health. When these two health consists the harmony It can be said that we reached well-being truly.
The mind makes big influence at body. It is true that the origin of all disease comes from the stress is found out already. With the well-being, People know the importance of spirit health and are using many method to practice.
Well, Let's look into various methods which people are doing for spirit health.
The first method is get the spirit health through a meditation.
The meditation is method to induce the change of the mind and body with make one's body and mind comfortable.
When meditating, The brain wave becomes medically alpha condition. and The morphine happens at the brain. At this time if We devote to good thought or become the freedom from distraction, a beta endorphin is produced and a nature healing power comes into being with the immunity and our body come to be healthy.
