1.Introduction
COVID-19 has brought all the problems hidden in the medical community to the surface. Most of them were related to their poor environment, overwork, and overtime. In particular, the shortage of nurses at the nurse site has become the most problematic due to this incident, and it should always be recognized that these problems can be directly related to the health problems of nurses on duty. Accordingly, in the main body, we will look at the current health policies of Korean nurses, and find out what the current problems are, and how to solve these problems.
2.Current health policy issuses on nurses in Korea
COVID-19 is causing great problems, especially with the shortage of nurses. You may ask what kind of manpower shortage can be said in the nurse's health policy, but due to the supply and demand of nurses, not only overtime but also consecutive night shifts, the nurses themselves cannot take care of their health.
