In every organisation, Operation management is a critical function. It is a transformation of how the firm conducts its daily operations (Harry and Schroeder, 2000). The variety it provides makes it the most important aspect, as organizations progressively focus on improving their activities in the organization's inner and external setting.

The report covers various sub-function of Operation Management include Operational Strategy, Supply Chain Management and Sustainability Objectives. The operation management difficulties are critical and management must take immediate corrective action to gain the allegiance and preference of clients and boost the stores ' productivity and sales turnover.
