2. Pioneer of the ‘subscription model’
It first started out by renting DVDs and delivering them to the door. Netflix then moved on from a pay-for-use model to a subscription model, which was only a year after it started its business. A decade later, Netflix decided to change their business into a streaming service. Netflix didn’t settle down. They kept on searching for ways to provide better services to their subscribers at a friendly cost. As a result, Netflix became the pioneer of the subscription model and online streaming service
