DISCUSSION
From the paper the scope was focusing on the National Defence Framework (NDF), Refer to the Defence White Paper (DWP) starting with National Defence Vision (NDV) view on the important of security and protection on the integrity and sovereignty in Malaysia. By understand the vision, the DWP come out with 3 important elements or interest to be secure to achieve the vision. Firstly, the security focus on the defending the nation’s land masses and critical lines of communication. Secondly, perceiving the national sovereignty from the certainty or uncertainty threat and lastly protecting the economic sector by maintaining the property, development and growth including interest abroad.
