1. 지휘1) 지휘의 개념
· 구성원들이 바람직한 행동을 하도록 리더가 동기를 부여하고 이끌어가는 기능이다.
2) 지휘과정과 간호관리
· 지도성 유형, 관리 철학, 권력과 권한의 원천, 정책적 전략에 대한 지식이 필요하다.
· 직원들의 갈등을 다루고 동기를 부여하며 훈육을 해야 하고, 과업들을 성취하기 위해서는 좋은 의사소통기술과 단호한 행동이 필요하다.
2. 리더십
1) 리더십의 정의
· 리더가 일정한 상황에서 목표달성을 위해서 개인이나 집단의 행위에 ‘영향력을 행사하는 과정’을 뜻한다.
2) 리더십의 중요성
· 리더십은 구성원들이 목표달성에 적극적으로 기여하도록 동기화시킨다.
· 리더십은 구성원들이 개인 능력을 함양하도록 촉진시킨다.
· 리더십은 집단의 성과뿐 아니라 조직 전체의 성과를 좌우한다.
