The world is consisted with numerous people and they are separated not only countries but also different culture. In addition, they have developed their countries and they have desired to have a job that is able to make them feel the fuller of satisfaction than other job and government have made needed rules for employ, employee, the state, trade union and employer’s association. However, conflicts are happened between each other. Because, breaking boundary between different countries makes controversy and everybody’s needs are different. As a result, the approach to use for managing people is wanted to solve conflicts. There are two approaches, which are individualism and collectivism. Characteristic of approaches are unlike. Collectivism is based on the pluralist perspective and individualism is based on the unitarist perspective.
