A small invisible virus, which is called COVID-19 or Coronavirus has been threatening people all over the world since December 2019. This novel coronavirus affected nearly all aspects of our lives. We had to change patterns of behavior and systems that have been built for decades by setting new rules like social distancing, quarantines, restrictions of travel, and national lockdowns, which led to a global economic downturn. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), “the world is facing its worst downturn since the Great Depression.”Many people predict that the international order will also change significantly after Coronavirus. What does the world look like after Corona? In particular, will the international order be reorganized in the post-corona era? Some argue that the world will be temporarily changed or as Richard Haass argues that “the pandemic will accelerate history rather than reshape it.” On the contrary, some say there will be the world B.C (Before Corona) and the world A.C. (After Corona) .
