소개글
President Truman had a very tough decision to make shortly after becoming the leader upon FDR's death. He had to decide whether to order that our new secret weapon be dropped on a Japanese city (Hiroshima) and kill thousands of men, women, children, and infants to end the war.
1. Do you think Truman made the right decision? Why or Why not?(at least 100 -150 words)
2. No matter which side you support, you must give one alternative action Truman could have taken instead of bombing Hiroshima.(at least 100 -150 words)

본문내용
The nuclear bomb dropped on the Japanese cities Hiroshima and Nagasaki on 6th and 9th August respectively were the consent of United Kingdom as laid down by Quebec Agreement. It was during this era that Truman was the president of the United States. The bomb killed at least 129,000 people in the two cities (Wainstock 33). As a patriotic leader, one would do anything to protect his territory and sacrifice anything for the sake of peace of his people; as such, Truman made the right decision in attacking japan because it was by dropping the atomic bomb the war stopped.
