본문내용
The situational approach which is based on Reddin’s 3-D management style theory was developed by Hersey and Blanchard. Since the situational approach concentrates on leadership in many situations, the postulate of the theory is that different situations demand different sort of situations. Therefore, a person who is want to be a capable leader can be able to modify his or her style to the demands of different situations. This approach comprises both a directive and a supportive dimension, and that each has to be applied properly in a given situation. Also, a leader have to calculate his or her followers and measures whether the followers have the capability and allegiance.
